NEET Futures CIC receive Grade A Audit

Further to NEET Futures CIC gaining ISO 9001, MATRIX and OHSAS 18001 this past year, they have received confirmation of a Grade A Audit from their ECDL/ITQ Awarding Body: BCS.

NEET Futures have been operating for just over a year now, offering unemployed people ITQ Level 1 & 2 qualifications from their Hamilton Street Offices in Birkenhead, Wirral. 

The External Verifier interviewed candidates, staff, reviewed examination records, sampled candidate work and sought evidence from a range of external Management Information Systems about the centre.

This is great news for the centre staff, our customers and, of course NEET Futures CIC as a whole. This external audit further demonstrates NEET Futures commitment to providing the highest possible standard of training to the community they serve.

Remember, all staff at NEET Futures CIC were unemployed prior to being taken on and trained to meet National Occupation Standards in their respective roles. This is part of NEET Futures core value to provide unemployed people with jobs and professional training.
