CHAPTER seek Company Secretary

CHAPTER (West Cheshire) Ltd are looking for a Company Secretary (who will be expected to be a Trustee) to take on duties laid down by Companies House and the Charity Commission. However, s/he will not necessarily have to take on all the duties provided s/he work with other Trustees and sub committees to ensure compliance.

CHAPTER is a registered Charity and a Company Limited by Guarantee. It was established in 1992 and now has a staff of about ten full and part time workers and a fully supportive Board of Trustees. CHAPTER is an acronym for Chester Area Project for Training Employment and Retraining and works with with mental health problems who wish to receive help in returning to employment or education.

Board meetings are held six weekly.
